All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after shipment. Some made-to-order, pre-order, or limited-availability items may require additional processing time before shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

We currently ship to the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

For returns, please do not send items back without contacting us first. Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
