Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with ZETITBEE.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

For first-time customers, we offer complimentary return shipping on the first eligible order.

For subsequent orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you choose store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method, we may offer complimentary return shipping when available.

Final sale items, discounted items, gift cards, intimates, bodysuits, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
